- The keynote: why we as humans make bad decisions, how empathy can sometimes be our enemy, and practical methods for bringing moral judgment into decisions – by weighing positive and negative impact, controlling not only efficiency but goal fulfilment.
- The workshop: hands-on exercises for ethical, sustainable and inclusive thinking in the design process – task completion versus goal fulfilment, considering the people you are not designing for, and why a seemingly painful choice now can pay off later.
