View larger: “What is SEO?” A hand-drawn maze with mice: “how users find the doorway” at the top, cheese marked “attract”, a heart “like”, a computer mouse “interact”, and exits marked “fail”, “conversion” and “conversion + wow”.
  • View larger: A question for the audience: “What percentage of Universum users are coming from search engines?”, with tick boxes for 10, 30, 50, 70 and 90 percent.

  • 17 August 2011: a follow-up workshop after the summer, part of a plan for ongoing improvement where everyone keeps learning about SEO.
