A talk on 16 April 2012 in the new track on usability and interaction design at Scandinavian Developer Conference: getting into the mindset of pleasing the user, so a digital service can become “the beginning of a beautiful friendship”. Built on the AceAwe experience model – six steps and one more – with plenty of web forms as examples.
