What connects us: work, learning or listening?

If something I did stayed with you, I’d be happy if you'd write a few words I may share in my portfolio. Short is perfect.

How do we know each other? (tick all that apply) We worked together, or I was your client You coached me You were my teacher or workshop leader I’ve heard you speak I’ve listened to your podcasts I read your writing Some other way

Tell me how, if you like (optional)

My recommendation

One to three sentences is enough. Write it the way you’d say it.

How should it be credited under the quote? With my name (it carries the most weight) Without my name, with a description

Your name

Title and organization (optional)

For example “UX designer, Inera”.

Description

For example “Former student, Nackademin”.

Your email address

Never published. I use it to thank you, and to show you the text if I need to shorten or translate it.

A personal note to Per (optional)

Just for me – never published.

Per may publish the quote, with the name or description I gave, on his portfolio. Per may translate the quote into Swedish. The translation is marked as translated, and the original is shown too.

You can ask me to remove it at any time – just reply to my thank-you email, or write to per@axbom.se.

What you send is kept by me and isn’t shown on the site until I publish it. Anything I don’t publish, and personal notes, are deleted after six months.
