A talk at WSA-dagen, the Web Service Award day, on 31 January 2018: inspired by behavioral science, digital designers have become ever more focused on steering people to act as we want them to. But when we remove every barrier and deliver the fairy-tale experience that takes minimal brain power to move forward, we abandon our promise to help people choose what's best for them.
