Around 2009–2012 web forms were one of my specialities: the part of a website where a visitor goes from window-shopping to actually doing something – buying, booking, getting in touch. I wrote about them, redesigned them and gave talks on how to design forms so more people fill them in and send them.

  • SEB (2011): seminar on optimizing web forms for conversion.
  • Berghs School of Communication (November 2011): lecture on experience design, mobile and web forms in the Digital Management course.
  • Valtech (2012): inspirational talk on web forms.
  • January 2011: launched a free offer on the blog – each month I picked one or two forms and redesigned them for free, publishing the interaction design and my reasoning. Among them DB Schenker's private parcel booking and Veidekke Bostad's sign-up for news about building projects.
  • For Veidekke I turned the process around – moving the sign-up closer to the project and the complexity further away – and explained it in a short film (in Swedish).
